Airline, Shuttle and Car Rental Discounts

American Airline Discounts

NMC has contracted with American Airlines for conference attendees to receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable published airfare on American Airlines to Los Angeles or Orange County, California.  Make your reservations online with American Airlines and use the Promotional Code 6560BS.  The discounted rates are valid from June 2 through June 16.  There are no fees for reservations made and ticketed online.

You can also make your reservations by calling 1-800-433-1790 using the Promotional Code - there will be a $20 ticketing charge if this method is used.  Tickets purchased at the airport will incur a $30 ticketing fee. 

If international originating guests need to make phone reservations, call your local reservations number and refer to the Promotional Code - the same fees noted above will apply if not made online.

Disneyland® Resort Express - Airport Shuttle Discounts

The Disneyland ® Resort Express makes it easy to travel between Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or Orange County's John Wayne Airport (SNA), and the Anaheim Resort. Whether you're traveling as a group or as an individual, you can trust that the Disneyland ® Resort Express will get you to and from your hotel in a timely manner!  Convenient and reliable, their resort themed, full size coaches offer luxury and comfort at a great price!

The Disneyland® Resort Express shuttle service will provide NMC conference attendees with a $5 discount coupon.  Reservations are not required.

Please print and present this coupon to the driver upon entry to the shuttle.

The Disneyland® Hotel is the first stop on the route to and from the airport(s).

Hertz Rental Car Discounts

NMC has contracted with Hertz Rental Cars to provide a discount for attendees at the conference. Attendees will use the exclusive code CV# 045S0003 to take advantage of special rates, which include unlimited mileage. Advance reservations may be placed at 800-654-2240 or online and are recommended, as cars are subject to availability.  Please note, when reservations are booked, the enclosed rates will be automatically compared to Hertz published rates to ensure attendees receive the best comparable rates.
