The NMC Summer Conference offers many opportunities for NMC partners to showcase their products and services that enhance programs and initiatives for teaching and leadership to a variety of college and universities. NMC partners are eligible to participate in the Partner Exhibition as part of their membership. In addition, there are many sponsorship opportunities available for partners to participate in.

2005 NMC Summer Conference Exhibition

Participation in the exhibition at the NMC Summer Conference is included in the membership for NMC Corporate Partners. No additional fees are required for an exhibit booth and four complimentary conference registrations will be provided. Over four attendees per company will require a registration fee of $295 per person.

For companies that are not currently NMC partners, the fee for exhibiting at the NMC conference is $2,500, for which participants receive a number of benefits on site and throughout the balance of the year. These include membership in the NMC at the Supporting Partner level through December 31, 2005. Click here for information about NMC corporate partnership.

As an exhibitor of the 2005 NMC Summer Conference, your company will:

• Be assigned one exhibitor booth (10 ft. pipe and drape booth, skirted table, two chairs, one electrical outlet and one ID sign - please email company logos in .eps format to nancy@nmc.org)
• Receive four complimentary conference registration for all sessions and events
• Receive special recognition on the conference website
• Receive special recognition in the conference program
• Receive special recognition at the conference
• Be eligible to participate in scheduled vendor prize drawings
• Participate in the special exhibit times

While the exhibit area will remain open throughout the published times, vendors are encouraged to attend any an all sessions they desire. It is requested that exhibitors be at their exhibit booths during all continental breakfasts, breaks and lunch to meet with conference attendees. NMC will hire a uniformed security guard to be on duty during all published hours, so if exhibitors do leave the exhibit area, their equipment will remain secure.

(Please note that all exhibits must be set up prior to the exhibition opening Thursday morning, and dismantled immediately following the Friday lunch.)
