This year arrangements were made for conference attendees to stay at two hotels near Case Western Reserve University and dorms located on campus. The hotels are located within two walking blocks of each other and both hotels are located approximately ten minutes from the CASE campus. The dorms, The Village at 115, are located a few blocks away from the Peter B. Lewis Building. Conference activities will be held at both the InterContinental Hotel and the Peter B. Lewis Building on campus. Bus transportation will be provided for conference attendees.

To make reservations for The Village at 115, please call 216-368-3780 and identify yourself as an attendee of the New Media Consortium Conference. You may also send an email to conferencehousing@case.edu for reservations.

Reservations for both hotels and dorms must be made no later than Friday, May 12, 2006 to ensure the special room rates and availability.

The Intercontinental Hotel and Conference Center Cleveland is a full service hotel with key features, such as:
