Degree and area of specialization:

B.A./B.S. in computer science, related field or relevant work experience is required.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Position requires 2 years experience with maintaining computer systems - both Windows and Macintosh platforms. The successful candidate must display attention to detail, good organization skills, a degree of initiative, ability to work collaboratively and excellent oral and written communication skills. The individual will work with faculty and staff end users as well as technical personnel and must possess excellent customer service skills.
