Session Description
For ESOL students, digital stories are a rich opportunity to learn to use new media tools in an exploration of the intersections of language, narrative, audience, culture, identity, and community. This session addresses how digital stories are intercultural communication texts as well as creative tools for students from various cultural and language backgrounds to create stories that reflect diverse approaches to production and self-representation.
