Session Description
Digital storytelling allows students to create art. This presentation will highlight student projects, assignments, and the class format of a course in digital media that includes both communication majors and others seeking core credit in the arts. Students in the class experiment with the creative possibilities of podcasting, Facebook, blogging, Flash, and Second Life, with a focus on how one can tell new types of stories that are both meaningful and interactive.
